DESCRIPTION:
Bayside Resort is located on quiet Agency Bay of Leech Lake. The bay is an excellent area for fishing and for water sports such as water skiing, jet skiing & swimming. The bay also offers direct access to Walker Bay and Traders Bay for additional fishing and boating opportunities. Bayside has a sandy beach and playground for the younger kids. A swim raft and water tramp plus kayaks and a paddle boat adds to the enjoyment of the water at the beach. There is a grass volleyball court, horseshoe and basketball area for the older kids and adults.

The cabins offer a great view of Agency Bay. They have air conditioning units and free internet access. The kitchens are fully equipped.You only need to bring your towels. Pets are allowed and resort pet rules must be followed.

For the BBQ enthusiast, there are centralized gas grills available as well as several portable Weber charcoal grills. You will enjoy making smores around the central fire pit by the beach or the three portable fire pits.

For the fisherperson and boating enthusiast, we have gasoline at the main dock. You will park your boat in one of our lifts located along the six boat docks. If you are need of a boat, we have 2011Polar Kraft boats with 60hp Yahama outboard motors and a pontoon for rent. Bait is available at the fish cleaning house. As license fish packers, we will clean, wrap and freeze your catch.

In the lodge, we have grocery items to save you a trip to the grocery store for an item you may have forgotten. There is a dart board, pool table and pinball machine for the young and old. If reading a book is more your style, we have a wide assortment of paperback books and board games for you to take back to your cabin.

Nearby there are several attractions: a variety of restaurants, many quaint shops in Walker, four golf courses for the golfer, two state trails await the hiker and bicyclist, Itasca State Park (start of Mississippi) and, for the gamblers, a casino just 5 miles away.
